연참시는 BRIGHTON AI HOLDINGS PTY LTD가 운영합니다. 앱 이용에 필요한 처리와 선택적 이용 통계는 구분됩니다. 선택 통계는 동의 전 기본 OFF이며, 동의하지 않아도 기본 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
로그인·계정 연결과 복원을 위한 계정 식별 정보, 상대 설정(이름·나이·관계·언어·MBTI 등), 입력 메시지·사진·캡처, 직접 가져온 카카오톡 대화, 분석 기억, 콘텐츠 링크, 설치·세션 식별값, 동의 이력, 거래·오류·보안 기록을 처리합니다. Google 또는 Apple 로그인과 구매 확인 과정에는 해당 제공자의 인증·거래 정보가 사용됩니다.
이 정보는 계정 복원, 상황·말투 분석, 문맥을 유지하는 AI 대화와 연애코치 답장 추천, 사진 이해, 콘텐츠 추천, 구매 및 이용 권한 확인, 부정 이용 방지와 안전 대응에 사용합니다. 자료를 제공하기 전에 이용 권한과 필요한 제3자의 동의를 확인해 주세요. AI 분석은 상대의 실제 감정이나 의도를 확정하지 않습니다.
2. 대화·사진과 카카오톡 자료
원본 TXT 파일 자체는 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 분석 과정에서 불필요한 연락처·이메일 등을 자동 마스킹하며, 대화 유지를 위한 마스킹된 문장과 분석 기억은 서버에 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화해 저장합니다. 이름·애칭 등 필요한 정보가 남을 수 있어 모든 개인정보가 제거된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 읽기 전용은 원본을 수정하거나 카카오톡에 메시지를 쓰지 않는다는 뜻이며, 서버에서 내용을 처리하지 않는다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
AI 답변과 사진 이해에 필요한 대화·기억·사진은 OpenAI API로 전송될 수 있습니다. 의미 검색을 위해 마스킹한 대화에서 OpenAI API로 수치 벡터(임베딩)를 생성하고 사용자·대화별 접근이 제한된 Google Cloud 검색 색인에 저장합니다. 벡터도 완전한 익명정보는 아니며 Google Cloud의 저장 시 암호화로 보호합니다. 상대나 관련 개인 데이터를 삭제하면 해당 벡터도 삭제하고 진행 중인 색인 작업을 중단합니다.
3. 서버, 처리자와 국외 처리
서버와 암호화 저장소는 Google Cloud에서 운영합니다. Google/Firebase, Apple, OpenAI, Meta, TikTok 등은 아래 기능의 범위에서 정보를 처리하며, 제공자 및 서버 위치에 따라 국외 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 기기 내부에서만 처리되는 방식이나 종단간 암호화 방식이 아닙니다.
앱 서비스 제공을 위한 대화 처리와 아래의 통계·광고 성과 측정은 별개입니다. 대화 원문이나 사진을 AI 기능에 제공하는 것이 이를 Analytics·Meta·TikTok 이벤트에 보내는 것에 동의한다는 의미는 아닙니다.
4. 선택적 Firebase·Google Analytics 이용 통계
통계가 활성화된 설치 앱에서 이용자가 선택 동의한 경우에만 화면 이동, 상담·메시지 전송 및 응답·실패·재시도·재방문 등의 이용 이벤트, 횟수·이용 시간, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·앱 정보를 Google Firebase/Google Analytics로 전송해 서비스 이용과 개선 효과를 분석합니다. 연결된 광고 SDK가 활성화된 경우 광고 노출·수익 정보도 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱 인스턴스 식별자는 완전히 익명인 정보가 아닙니다.
통계 이벤트에 대화 원문, 카카오톡 내용·파일, 사진, 파일명, 이름·나이·관계·프로필 ID 또는 콘텐츠 URL을 넣지 않습니다. 통계 동의는 필수 이용약관, 마케팅, 알림 및 맞춤 광고 동의와 별개입니다. Google Ads에 연결된 측정 정보는 광고 성과 평가에 사용될 수 있지만, 측정 동의가 맞춤 광고 동의를 대신하지는 않습니다.
5. Android의 Meta·TikTok 측정
Android에서 해당 선택 동의가 켜져 있는 동안 허용된 설치·앱 실행·이용 이벤트와 SDK 기기·앱 정보를 Meta 및 TikTok에 보내 이용과 광고 성과를 측정합니다. TikTok은 갱신된 수신처 안내에 동의한 후에만 전송하며 이전 동의만으로 활성화하지 않습니다. Meta 자동 앱 이벤트, 광고 ID 수집과 맞춤 광고는 비활성화된 설정을 유지합니다. 사적인 대화·사진·프로필·URL을 이벤트에 보내지 않습니다.
6. iOS의 Meta·TikTok 측정과 Apple 추적 허용
iOS에서는 갱신된 선택적 통계 안내에 동의하고 Apple의 추적 허용(ATT)을 받은 후 Meta·TikTok 측정을 활성화합니다. 설치·앱 실행, 화면·상담·응답 등 허용된 이용 이벤트와 SDK 앱·기기 정보(IDFV 등)가 전송됩니다. IDFV는 앱 제공자 단위의 기기 식별자이며 완전히 익명인 정보는 아닙니다. 이전 안내에 대한 동의만으로 새 수신처 측정을 시작하지 않습니다.
광고 ID(IDFA) 수집, 맞춤 광고, Meta 자동 앱 이벤트 및 고급 매칭은 사용하지 않습니다. 대화·캡처·사진·이름·나이·관계·프로필 ID·URL은 측정 이벤트에 포함하지 않습니다. Apple SKAdNetwork 등 개인정보 보호형 설치·전환 측정에는 지연되거나 집계된 전환 신호가 사용될 수 있으며, 개별 사용자의 실제 대화 내용은 포함하지 않습니다. 운영체제 허용 상태나 SDK·스토어 버전에 따라 사용 가능한 측정 기능이 다를 수 있습니다.
7. 동의 변경과 철회
선택적 통계의 기본값은 OFF입니다. 이용자는 안내를 확인한 뒤 선택 항목을 포함해 동의하거나 선택 항목 없이 시작할 수 있습니다. ‘모두 동의하고 시작하기’는 화면에 안내된 선택 항목을 포함한 동의입니다. 동의 완료 후에는 계정에 저장된 선택값을 복원할 수 있습니다.
앱의 더보기 → 내 설정에서 통계를 끄면 이후 신규 통계 이벤트 생성을 중단하고 기기의 Firebase 통계 식별자를 초기화합니다. iOS 추적 허용과 알림 권한은 기기 설정에서도 변경할 수 있습니다. 철회가 이미 전송 중이거나 제공자가 수신한 자료의 즉시 삭제를 의미하지는 않습니다. 전송된 자료의 삭제 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
8. 알림과 광고
알림을 켜면 Firebase Cloud Messaging과 iOS의 Apple APNs가 기기 푸시 토큰·전송 정보를 처리합니다. 서버는 토큰을 암호화하여 저장하고 대화에 저장된 새 메시지·콘텐츠를 알립니다. 잠금화면 문구에는 사적인 대화 내용을 넣지 않습니다. 알림을 끄거나 데이터를 삭제하면 서버 등록을 해제합니다.
현재 광고가 비활성화된 앱에서는 광고 표시를 위한 요청을 보내지 않습니다. 향후 Google Mobile Ads가 활성화되는 버전에서는 해당 기능·동의 설정에 따라 기기 정보와 광고 상호작용을 처리할 수 있으며, 카카오톡 원문이나 분석 기억을 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다. 중요한 처리 변경은 사전에 알리고 필요한 동의를 받습니다.
9. 보관·계정 삭제·안전 조치
설정·대화 기억은 서비스 제공과 문맥 유지에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 앱의 상대 삭제, 개인정보 및 데이터 삭제 또는 계정 삭제 기능으로 해당 자료의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 무료 이용 중복 방지를 위한 식별값의 해시와 결제 원장은 대화와 분리하여 법령·환불·부정 이용 대응에 필요한 기간 보관할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 서버의 계정·기록이 삭제되지는 않으며, 계정 삭제도 구독 해지를 대신하지 않습니다. 구독은 App Store 또는 Google Play에서 별도로 관리해 주세요.
전송에 HTTPS를 사용하고 서버 저장 내용의 암호화와 사용자별 접근 제어를 적용합니다. 완벽한 익명화나 무위험 보안을 보장하지 않으므로 불필요한 민감정보는 제공하지 마세요. 이미 처리된 데이터의 보관·삭제에는 수신 제공자의 정책과 적용 법령도 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.

YEONCHAMSI is operated by BRIGHTON AI HOLDINGS PTY LTD. Processing required to provide the service is separate from optional usage analytics. Optional analytics is OFF before consent; declining it does not prevent use of the basic service.
1. Information and purposes
We process account identifiers needed for sign-in and restoration; configured names, ages, relationships, language and personality preferences; submitted messages, photos, screenshots and KakaoTalk conversations; derived memory, content links, installation/session identifiers, consent records, transaction, error and security records. Google/Apple authentication and store purchases also involve the respective providers. We use this information for account restoration, AI conversations, coaching and reply suggestions, image understanding, recommendations, entitlement verification, fraud prevention and safety. Only submit material you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. AI analysis cannot establish another person's real feelings or intentions.
2. Conversations, images and imported files
The original TXT file itself is not retained on our server. Unnecessary contact details and emails are automatically masked during analysis. Masked sentences and derived memory are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption. Names or nicknames may remain; masking does not guarantee removal of all personal data. Read-only import means we do not edit the original file or send messages to KakaoTalk, not that no server processing occurs.
Conversation, memory and images needed for AI replies may be sent to OpenAI APIs. Masked text may also be sent to generate embeddings for semantic retrieval. Embeddings are not guaranteed anonymous; they are stored in access-controlled, user/conversation-scoped Google Cloud indexes with encryption at rest. Deleting the relevant person or personal data also removes related vectors and stops pending indexing.
3. Providers and international processing
Servers and encrypted storage run on Google Cloud. Google/Firebase, Apple, OpenAI, Meta and TikTok process information within the functions described here. Processing may occur overseas depending on the provider and region. This is not device-only processing or end-to-end encryption. AI content processing is separate from analytics: sending content for an AI response does not authorize sending it as an analytics or advertising event.
4. Optional Firebase / Google Analytics
Only enabled installed apps with optional consent send permitted screen, consultation, message, reply, failure, retry and return-visit events; counts, usage time, app-instance identifiers and device/app information to Firebase/Google Analytics for usage and service improvement measurement. Linked advertising SDK impression/revenue data may be included when that functionality is enabled. App-instance identifiers are not fully anonymous. Conversation text, Kakao files/content, photos, filenames, names, age, relationships, profile IDs and content URLs are excluded from analytics event parameters. Consent is separate from required terms, marketing, notifications and personalized ads. Linked Google Ads measurement may support performance evaluation; analytics consent does not substitute for personalized-ad consent.
5. Android Meta and TikTok
While optional consent is enabled, permitted install, app-launch and usage events and SDK device/app information may be sent to Meta and TikTok for usage and advertising-performance measurement. TikTok requires acceptance of its updated recipient notice; earlier consent alone does not enable it. Meta automatic app events, advertising-ID collection and personalized ads remain disabled. Private conversations, photos, profile data and URLs are not included in event parameters.
6. iOS Meta, TikTok and ATT
On iOS, Meta/TikTok measurement requires both updated optional consent and Apple's App Tracking Transparency authorization. Permitted install, launch, screen, consultation and reply events and SDK device/app information, including IDFV, may be transmitted. IDFV is a vendor-scoped device identifier and is not fully anonymous. Older recipient consent alone does not activate this processing.
IDFA collection, personalized ads, Meta automatic app-event logging and advanced matching remain disabled. Chat, screenshots, photos, names, ages, relationships, profile IDs and URLs are excluded from measurement-event parameters. Privacy-preserving systems such as Apple's SKAdNetwork may use delayed or aggregated installation/conversion signals, not private conversation text. Available measurement functions depend on permissions and the SDK/store version.
7. Consent and withdrawal
Optional analytics starts OFF. You can accept the disclosed optional choices or start without them. “Agree to all and start” includes the optional choices shown on that screen. Completed account consent choices may be restored on subsequent sign-in. Disable analytics in More → My settings to stop new analytics events and reset the local Firebase analytics identifier. iOS tracking and notification permissions can also be changed in device settings. Withdrawal does not immediately delete information already in transit or received by a provider; contact us for deletion requests.
8. Notifications and ads
When notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple APNs process push tokens and delivery information. Tokens are encrypted on our server. Alerts follow new messages/content saved to the conversation, without private chat text in lock-screen wording. Disabling notifications or deleting data removes registration. Ad-disabled app versions do not request ads for display. If Google Mobile Ads is enabled in a later version, its functions and consent settings may involve device/ad-interaction information; KakaoTalk text and analysis memory are not placed in ad requests. Important processing changes will be disclosed and consent sought where required.
9. Retention, deletion and protection
Settings and conversation memory are retained while needed to provide the service and maintain context. Use the app's person, personal-data or account deletion functions to request removal. Hashed identifiers used to prevent repeated free use and purchase ledgers may be retained separately from conversations as needed for legal obligations, refunds and fraud prevention. Uninstalling does not delete the server account or records. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions; manage these separately in App Store or Google Play. HTTPS, encryption and user-scoped access controls are applied, but perfect anonymity/security cannot be guaranteed. Provider policies and applicable requirements may also govern retention/deletion of already processed information.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Material changes to purposes, information or recipients will be disclosed in the app and renewed consent obtained where required.
